I do sell and lease some commercial buildings, however there are several types of commercial properties I don't handle but I can find you someone for you who does.

Whether it’s your first investment property or a large building I know that you need specific information and knowledge. I understand that Real Estate Investing is no longer a Ma and Pa operation, even when investing in a small condo you need the good advice that comes from knowledgeable people, if I don’t know the answer to your question I know the people who do.  I  also will write a contract that will protect your interests.
